A sick boy with one final wish gets  a chance to live out his dream with his parents by his side. A Palestinian youth living in turmoil in the Middle East faces a difficult decision that will affect the lives of his enemies. Dick Cheney gets a phone call that changes his life. An Iraq War  veteran coping with mental health issues overcomes his plight to bring a little joy to the world, but will he taste any of that joy himself?
